Ultimamente tem sido muito comum encontrar no mercado alguns temperos prontos que s\u00e3o amaciantes de carne.\u00a0 Por\u00e9m, o consumo desses produtos n\u00e3o s\u00e3o muito saud\u00e1veis e podem alterar o gosto e a apar\u00eancia da carne durante o preparo.<\/p>\n

Para isso, alguns alimentos s\u00e3o capazes de exercer a mesma fun\u00e7\u00e3o de forma natural.<\/p>\n

Uma op\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 o leite que pode aumentar a quantidade de suco da carne, deixando suas fibras mais macias, basta deixar a carne marinando no leite por aproximadamente 2 a 3 horas na geladeira. A medida recomendada \u00e9 utilizar 1 litro de leite para 2 kg de carne. Depois \u00e9 s\u00f3 retirar a carne do leite e preparar como de costume.<\/p>\n

As frutas tamb\u00e9m podem ser usadas para isso, como o abacaxi, mam\u00e3o, kiwi, lim\u00e3o, manga e figo, elas podem ser utilizadas tanto em peda\u00e7os ou como suco no caso do abacaxi e do lim\u00e3o para o marinado da carne.<\/p>\n
